Horizons Africa Online complies fully with the Consumer Protection Act of South Africa and as such will be happy to accept returns on any unused and unopened items within 30 days of receipt. We don’t accept returns on opened or used merchandise.
Please contact us for any items that need to be returned. Returns that are not authorised may experience processing delays. Returns that are received with proper authorisation will be refunded on receipt. The refund will be processed to the client’s current or savings account, and may take up to 5 business days to appear on your statement depending on your financial institution. When the refund is processed, you will receive an email notification from Horizons Africa Online for your records.
Please note that original shipping charges are not refundable and that return shipping charges are the customer's responsibility, except in the case of carrier damage or an error by Horizons Africa Online.
