We take the utmost care to ensure that the goods are packaged securely to arrive in perfect condition. However, subject to Section 56 of the Consumer Protection Act No 68 of 2008, should you receive a defective product from us, please contact our customer care attendant on email@example.com within seven days of purchase and we will gladly collect the product at our own expense and provide a refund, replacement or online store credit.
Any claims for carrier-damaged items must be submitted to us within seven business days after receipt. To ensure a prompt resolution, please return the box, packing materials and the damaged items to Horizons Africa Online, 46 Church Street, Worcester, 6850, South Africa. Any refund or re-shipment will be processed after inspecting the product.
