Orders placed may be cancelled at any time prior to payment. If payment has been processed already, the order may only be cancelled subject to the following fees:
• Prior to payment - 0%
• Prior to shipping but after having made payment - 8%
• After packing, shipping and return to Horizons Africa Online (package unopened) - 30% plus shipping costs
• After the package is delivered by the shippers - no cancellation.
